In Dutch:
Before a noun: Adjectives can get an extra "-e" at the end. Like in "grote boom" (big tree).
After the verb "to be": They don’t change. Like in "De boom is groot" (The tree is big).
Special endings: Sometimes, adjectives get "-er" for more (like "sneller" for faster) and "-st" for most (like "snelst" for fastest).
Adjectives make sentences more interesting by giving more details.
